Starting next week
- 8 glasses of water per day
- 8 hours of sleep per day
- 2 hours of lappy time per day
- 2 hours of studying per day
Not sure if i can do it but i HAVE to do it. My skin is in its most awful state right now. I havent had this much pimples for a long time. Recently they just keep multiplying. Its a sign i should sleep early & drink more water.
